Data collected and purposes

Request form: role (school, company, self-employed), name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation, country, postcode, VAT and purchase order numbers (optional), message and selected products.

This data is used only to reply to your request, prepare a quote, process and invoice your order, and correspond with you about it. It is never sold, nor used for marketing without your consent.

Legal bases: steps taken prior to entering into a contract and performance of the contract; compliance with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations; our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Recipients and service providers

Only staff of AMTS Prestige Enterprises Ltd have access to your data. It is hosted and processed by technical service providers: Google (storing requests in a private spreadsheet and sending emails) and Cloudflare (website hosting, protection against bots and anonymous visitor statistics).

These providers may process some data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Retention periods

Requests that do not lead to an order: 3 years from the last contact.

Orders, invoices and business documents: at least 6 years, in line with the accounting and tax obligations that apply in Cyprus.

The data is then deleted.

Storage in your browser and statistics

Your product selection and form entries are stored only in your browser (local storage), for up to 30 days, and erased once your request has been sent. They are only sent to us when you submit the form.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Visitor statistics are anonymous and do not set any cookie.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at: contact@colorprestige.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or with the supervisory authority in your country (in France, the CNIL).

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data: restricted access to the request spreadsheet, a secure connection (HTTPS) and protection against automated submissions.
